Welcome! The Edgewater-Lakepointe Neighborhood Association (ELNA) is a neighborhood association, not a homeowners association, and dues are completely voluntary.

 

All of our board members serve as volunteers. The ELNA board is made up of four officers and the chairs of several committees. The officers include the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Our current committees are: Civic Awareness, Directory/Communication, Hospitality, and Safety & Security.

 

The Edgewater neighborhood was developed in stages, beginning with the first plat filing in 1959, while Lakepointe is a newer community, with its development starting in the late 1980s.

Edgewater-Lakepointe is truly the best neighborhood in the city! If you're not yet a member, we invite you to join. Your membership supports the board's efforts and helps us promote the interests of our neighborhood. Thank you for your support!
